Getting started
What is CITRICLOUD?
CITRICLOUD is a European cloud platform for shipping production apps with secure defaults — Kubernetes delivery, identity, TLS, marketplace apps, and observability in one place.
Who is it for?

How do I get started?
Create an account from Sign in, pick a plan on Pricing, then deploy your first environment. Docs cover GitOps, identity, and marketplace installs.
Do you offer a free trial?
Starter is built for launch with a clear upgrade path. For Pro/Scale evaluations or proof-of-concepts, contact sales and we will map a trial to your use case.
Platform & deploy
What do I get out of the box?
Hardened ingress with TLS, identity (Authelia + Keycloak patterns), GitOps delivery, tenant isolation, and observability hooks — so deploy and operate are the default path.
Can I bring my own apps?
Yes. Deploy your workloads via GitOps, or launch curated Marketplace apps into isolated namespaces with networking and auth already wired.
How does GitOps work here?
Changes are declared and synced through GitOps so rollouts, environments, and routes stay reviewable. Docs cover promotion and common sync failures.
Where can I see platform health?
Use the public Status page for realtime component health and incidents. Signed-in customers also monitor project-level signals in the Dashboard.
Security & trust
Where is data hosted?
We aim to host core platform workloads in the EU. Enterprise agreements can document residency expectations for your workloads. See Trust Center and Privacy Policy.
Do you support SSO and 2FA?
Yes — Authelia 2FA for operators and Keycloak federation for tenant identity. Enterprise plans deepen SSO and review options.
Are you SOC2 / ISO certified?
We ship SOC2-minded controls (identity at the edge, TLS, isolation, GitOps integrity). For questionnaires and artifacts, use Trust Center or contact security.
How do I report a vulnerability?
Email security@citricloud.com or use Contact with subject Security. Include impact, repro steps, and whether production tenants are affected.
Pricing & billing
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade when traffic, SSO, or compliance needs grow. Downgrades follow your billing cycle.
Are taxes included?
Listed prices exclude applicable taxes. Invoices show tax where required.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes for Pro and Scale — ask sales for annual options and volume packaging.
What about agencies and multi-tenant fleets?
Agencies often need Scale packaging, private catalogs, and repeatable tenant delivery. See Solutions → Agencies or talk to sales.
Support
How do I get help?
Start with Docs and Status, then email admin@citricloud.com or open a Dashboard request if you are signed in. Support page lists channels and severity guidance.
What should I include in a ticket?
Tenant/project name, environment, UTC timestamps, error messages, and what changed recently.
Do you support weekends?
Enterprise plans can include enhanced coverage. Standard support is business-hours EU timezones unless otherwise agreed.
Can CITRICLOUD SSH into my app?
We operate the platform layer. Application debugging stays with you unless a managed add-on says otherwise.
