If production only changes when someone SSHes into a box, you do not have a platform — you have a ritual.

CITRICLOUD delivery is GitOps-first. Desired state lives in git. Controllers reconcile. Rollbacks are commits, not folklore.

The promotion path

  1. Open a PR against the environment overlay
  2. CI validates manifests and policy checks
  3. Merge triggers Argo CD sync
  4. Traefik routes traffic to the healthy revision

Why operators sleep better

Every change is attributable. Drift is visible. Emergency hotfixes still land as commits so the next person inherits reality, not a mystery.
